Large-Scale Turf Maintenance. Automated.

When there is a lot of ground to cover, mowing becomes a scheduling problem as much as a turf-care problem.

The FJDynamics Titan Robotic Mower is built for large sports complexes, golf courses, parks, campuses, and professionally managed green spaces that need consistent mowing across multiple areas with less operator seat time.

With a 28.7-inch cutting width, RTK + LiDAR + Vision navigation, automatic charging, fast battery swapping, multi-field management, and an optional robotic line-marking system, Titan is designed to keep large turf operations moving.

Up to 3.3 acres per charge
Up to 9 acres in 24 hours with automatic charging
Up to 10.4 acres in 24 hours with fast battery swapping
28.7″ cutting width
0.4–4″ cutting height
RTK + LiDAR + Vision navigation

Cover More Ground With Every Pass

Large properties don’t just need automation.

They need throughput.

Titan uses a 730 mm / 28.7-inch cutting width across three cutting discs to increase coverage while maintaining an electronically adjustable 10–100 mm / 0.4–4-inch cutting height.

That gives professional turf teams the flexibility to maintain different areas and seasonal cutting requirements from the same autonomous platform.

Up to 9 Acres a Day Without Routine Seat Time

With automatic charging, FJDynamics rates Titan for theoretical coverage of up to:

36,000 m² / 9 acres in 24 hours

108,000 m² / 26.7 acres in 72 hours

For operations prioritizing maximum uptime, fast battery swapping increases FJD’s theoretical maximum to:

42,000 m² / 10.4 acres in 24 hours

126,000 m² / 31 acres in 72 hours

Coverage figures are manufacturer-rated theoretical values. Actual productivity varies with operating hours, terrain, grass conditions, cutting height, route design, charging strategy, weather, and other site conditions.

Three Layers of Navigation

RTK + LiDAR + Vision

Large autonomous machines need more than a GPS coordinate.

Titan combines dual-antenna RTK GNSS, LiDAR, and vision to maintain positioning and support obstacle detection across demanding turf environments.

That layered navigation system is designed to help Titan maintain planned routes across open turf, around site features, and through more challenging operating conditions.

Virtual boundaries mean there is no traditional perimeter wire defining the mowing area.

Built for Real Terrain

Large grounds rarely stay perfectly flat.

Titan uses a rotating front axle and dual-wheel drive to improve traction and stability as terrain changes. The current FJD product page specifies a maximum working slope of 20° / 36.4%.

For sloped areas, mowing routes should be planned around actual site conditions and manufacturer operating guidance.

Automatic Charging or Fast Battery Swapping

Different operations need different kinds of autonomy.

Automatic Charging

Let Titan return to its charging station when power is needed, reducing hands-on battery management and supporting unattended mowing workflows.

Fast Battery Swapping

For facilities where continuous output matters most, crews can use Titan’s battery-swapping capability to reduce charging downtime.

FJD currently lists a 2 kWh battery, 120-minute charging time, and support for manual charging, automatic charging, and fast battery swapping.

The right setup depends on how many acres you maintain, how tight your mowing windows are, and whether minimizing labor or maximizing throughput is the greater priority.

One App. Multiple Fields.

Managing autonomous equipment shouldn’t create another full-time job.

Titan supports remote app control so operators can deploy tasks, monitor mowing progress, manage working zones, and coordinate multiple turf areas.

Its multi-field functionality is particularly relevant for:

Sports complexes with several pitches

School and university campuses

Municipal park systems

Golf facilities

Large institutional grounds

Multi-site turf contractors

FJD specifically positions Titan for large sports complexes and multi-field facilities.

Quiet Mowing Opens Up the Schedule

Electric autonomous mowing can create operating windows that conventional equipment makes difficult.

FJD’s current Titan testing lists sound-pressure levels of approximately:

52 dB(A) — Cutter Level 1

58 dB(A) — Cutter Level 2

66 dB(A) — Cutter Level 3

That makes lower-noise mowing possible during periods when maintaining course, field, or facility availability matters.

Actual sound levels and suitability for nighttime operation depend on operating conditions, site policies, local requirements, and safety procedures.

Mow the Field. Then Mark It.

Add the Titan Line Marker Kit

This is where Titan becomes much more than another robotic mower.

With the optional Titan Line Marker Kit, the same robotic platform can support autonomous sports-field marking.

Instead of maintaining one machine for mowing and another workflow for striping fields, Titan can become part of a combined turf-maintenance system.

Autonomous Line Marking at Scale

The Titan Line Marker Kit includes a 25-liter / 5.5-gallon paint tank, supports 60–120 mm / 2.4–4.7-inch line widths, and offers up to 7.5 hours of marking time per charge.

FJDynamics states that Titan can mark up to 10 standard soccer fields per charge.

For its full-size soccer-field comparison, FJD also reports:

50%+ reduction in paint use

Approximately 4 L with robotic marking versus 8 L manually

Up to 90% reduction in line-marking labor costs

Those are manufacturer claims and actual savings will depend on the field layout, existing process, labor costs, paint system, and operating conditions.

Map Once. Work Smarter.

For compatible line-marking deployments, field maps can be created using FJD mapping equipment so the robot does not have to be manually driven around the entire property during setup.

When marking is paused—for example, to refill paint—Titan is designed to resume where it stopped, helping reduce overlap and wasted paint.

One Platform for Multiple Sports

With the Line Marker Kit, FJD positions Titan for field layouts including:

Soccer

Rugby

American football

Baseball

Lacrosse

Custom layouts

For clubs, school districts, municipalities, and sports complexes maintaining several different field types, that can make the investment much easier to evaluate.

Built for Golf Operations Too

Titan isn’t limited to sports fields.

FJDynamics positions Titan within its golf-course ecosystem as a value-focused autonomous mower for fairways and low-noise rough maintenance.

Its combination of adjustable cutting height, wide cutting width, multi-area management, quiet electric operation, and autonomous charging makes it particularly relevant where repetitive mowing consumes significant crew time.

Give the Robot the Repetitive Work

Let your experienced team spend more time on:

Tournament and event preparation

Built for Large Managed Grounds

Titan can also fit operations such as:

Parks and recreation departments

Universities and schools

Commercial campuses

Large estates

Municipal properties

Professional grounds contractors

Public gardens

The common denominator isn’t the industry.

It’s a lot of turf that needs to stay on schedule.
